It was fun, but a bit mysterious. We were supposed to look for bright plastic eggs in the grass and ivy. I saw some, but then wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Mom told me to pick them up and put them in my Easter basket, so I did. Then the fun part was opening the eggs and finding the candy and toys inside! I wanted to keep hunting all afternoon and kept running to the hunt area and saying 'Find eggs! Otro eggs!', but the big people told me that there were none left. Not sure what changed.

Dandelions with Oliver
Here's a video of me petting the goats ('kozel' in Bulgarian).
We had a great time at the zoo! I love going there. We saw the monkeys, the alligators, the bears, the bunnies, the turtles and the goats! I even got to pet the goats. The zoo is probably my favorite place these days. We get to go more now that the weather is better!
Dimond Park with Owen!
I went to the park with Owen and his mom, Rachel, yesterday. We had SOOO much fun. We played on the slide and the fire truck and ran around like crazy babies chasing each other. It was great. The weather is finally warmer and it is light later, which is great. Feels like pre-summer.

Language!
I thought I should post about some new developments in talking! These days I'm learning English, Spanish and Bulgarian. It is a lot to keep straight! Usually I can say each thing in one language, for instance, I say 'cat' in Spanish: 'gato'; 'water' in Spanish: 'agua'; 'apple' in Bulgarian: 'jablka'; and 'bicycle' in English.
Lately my Bulgarian grandparents have been visiting and I hear A LOT of Bulgarian these days. I am starting to talk more in Bulgarian, too!
When I put words together, I have been using all three languages a lot of the time. I have been saying things like: 'njama otro bebuk' ('there is no' (Bulgarian), 'other' (Spanish), 'bug' (English)) and 'otro zelen bebuk' ('zelen' means 'green' in Bulgarian). All pretty exciting. Fortunately my parents are usually able to keep up with what I say!

Hanging out with Mina
I had a fun time with my new friend Mina over the weekend. We went with our parents to the steam trains in Tilden Park and then we went out and had hamburgers and fries at Barney's Burgers. We both were very good at ordering the fries (we spontaneously told the waitress we wanted 'fries'). Mina is very fun!
