Flooding!

Last Thursday, there was a bit of flooding in front of my house. Fortunately it only lasted a few hours and it didn't cause damage to our house, but it was crazy! Lots of heavy, heavy rain! Mom was home alone working and took these pics.

Sometimes I sleep in my car seat. Life can be exhausting!

Haircut

Yesterday, I got a haircut. Very nice! I told mommy that the haircutter made my hair longer and now it looks like Raimi's! (she has a very cute bob now after she and her friend Sonja had some fun with scissors) Mommy will post a picture soon.

I am getting really good at hitting a ball with my bat! Tati and I like to play baseball together.

Daycare is really, really fun. Mostly because I get to play with Ollie and Liam ALL DAY!

Mommy and Sammy work from home while I am at daycare. I am not totally sure what that involves, but they seem to enjoy it. Mommy works from the desk and Sammy works from tati's chair (and sometimes from the couch).

Playing in the Rain!

When I wear my rain boots, mommy lets me jump in puddles! It is very fun to run and splash in puddles. These puddles are on the sidewalk near my daycare. On this day, my pants go so wet that when I got to Oliver's house, I had to borrow dry pants!

Bulbs to Flowers!

Here's a selection of the pretty bulbs mommy and I planted. They are all comingup now and it is very exciting that I helped plant some of them (the tulips)! We are now waiting on all the roses to bloom! Most of them have buds now.

Fun with Liam and Ollie

Mom had the fantastic idea to invite Ollie, Liam and their families over to dinner! We had a great time. First we jumped on the bed and then we ate dinner and hid under the dining room table. We are going to try to do this on a regular basis! (I think the grown-ups had wine and fun, too)

Debbie, at my daycare, takes pics of the kids sometimes. Here's some new ones of me. We have a TON of fun at daycare each day. Ollie and Liam are my best friends there.

My mom and I found these Thomas shades outside a toy shop (they were getting rid of unclaimed Lost and Found items). They are very cute. (unfortunately, I broke them the next day! Oops!)

At daycare, I spend a lot of time playing with my buddy Liam. Here is a pic of us! Note my pig-tails. At daycare, I sometimes request this hairstyle.

And, I still love to hang out with Oliver! Here's us playing at his house last week. Notice that we both have a vehicle and a bucket. Both buckets have a stick and a few other matching items. Our moms thought that was very cute.
